S&A Cargo Express – Standard Terms and Conditions

S&A Cargo EXPRESS

Engagement with S&A Cargo Express services implies full acceptance of our operating agreement.

1. Billing

All freight, duty, processing, and handling fees must be cleared prior to any cargo release. S&A Cargo Express maintains legal authority to detain your shipments if your account reflects any unpaid dues or secondary administrative balances across our global network.

2. Arrival & Pick-Up

Clients receive automated alerts once cargo is processed for collection. We require swift retrieval to maintain warehouse efficiency and avoid extra costs.

3. Holding Fee

Packages left for over 5 days post-arrival will be billed JMD $200 per day. These storage costs must be resolved completely before the items can leave our facility.

4. Forfeited Goods

Any cargo sitting for 30 days post-alert is deemed abandoned. S&A Cargo Express reserves the right to liquidate such assets to recover unpaid freight, duties, and handling costs. Clients waive all rights to compensation or insurance claims once an item is classified as abandoned under these standard commercial protocols.

5. Regulators

S&A Cargo Express and government agencies may open and audit any parcel for safety or tax compliance. Global shipping remains subject to various national security vetting processes.

6. Restricted Cargo

Users are forbidden from transporting dangerous or illegal goods via our network, specifically: - Weapons/Parts - Controlled substances - Combustibles - Fakes - Toxins - Items banned by Jamaican authorities. Contraband results in immediate seizure and law enforcement reporting without prior warning.

7. Loss or Damage Reporting

Conduct a thorough inspection immediately at the point of handover. Any discrepancies must be filed via Sandacargoexpress.ja@gmail.com within a 24-hour window. S&A Cargo Express is not liable for structural failures caused by original manufacturers or third-party couriers.

8. Client Responsibility

Users must ensure:

Valid contact data.

Proper mailbox IDs on labels.

Timely invoice submission.

We accept no liability for routing errors caused by missing client identifiers.

10. GovernanceAgreement

Updates may occur at our discretion.

9. Tax & Duties

All import taxes and GCT are levied by the government. These are outside the influence of S&A Cargo Express and require settlement before clearance.
